State based money factor

I see when requesting money factor/residual value people say the state they are in. Can you get a better deal by leasing out of state, or like taxes is it all based on the state you reside in or plan to register the car in initially?

    Well Honda numbers are national, not sure about infinity/Acura/Audi, any comment?

    Those brands have national numbers as well.

    Lease terms are based on the state of registration.
