I drove Pilot, MDX and RDX. The Pilot is HUGE. Want to take your family room with you? Get the Pilot. The MDX has an odd noise while cruising at 35-40 mph. Honda has the RPM at under 2k, too low. I went with the RDX. ZERO out of pocket and 370 per month!

Just FYI... I was looking into Highlanders/Pilots and saw someone's post here suggesting to look into the higher priced 2015 Infinity QX60 which are actually working out to smaller payments than Highlanders/Pilots becuase of the aggressive discounts and MFs. I just ended up getting one yesterday for $8k below MSRP with a 0.00061 money factor. Might be something to look into. Head on over to the QX60 forum for the deals.

Honda numbers are national.

.00165 and 60% (FWD) or 58% (AWD) for 36/12. Subtract 2% for 39 month term.

My dealer wrote me pricing changed on 3/1 even tho I ordered in Feb. "MF is .00175 (unchanged), but the residual went from 59% to 57%.

That's correct.. AWD Touring is 57% residual for 39 mo, 12K/yr.

Pretty sure that .00175 is with security deposit waived. Make the deposit, and you get .00165.

I don't have the answer to that question. Honda is usually pretty good about estimating their residuals (that is, they aren't inflated to artificially lower the lease payment).

I'd take my chances on buying.. I think you would come out ahead, if you can get 1% financing.

Also, you are financing the full purchase price of a lease, as well.

If your a USAA member, use their car buying certificate program and get 0.99% financing through USAA for 36mos.

Is this a good deal?

We don't recommend making a down payment on a lease; if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

I don't see the acquisition fee mentioned anywhere. NY collects the sales tax up front - in this in the lease price or part of the money due up front?
