How much of the 1600 is licensing, registration, first month payment? I really do not think it is that bad of a deal. Just drive and enjoy. You can probably unload it after 2 years anyway. Resale will be strong! Good luck!

It seems a little high.

Is there absolutely ZERO due at signing? Not even the first payment?

I'd ask them for the adjusted CAP cost, and see how that differs from the "Best Price".
That way, you can find out exactly what you are paying for.

The MF and residual look good.

Touring residual is 57% for 36/15, if AWD.

$574/mo, if all other charges are paid upfront (acquistion fee, tax, DMV, etc.)

hey mike idk if the dealer is trying to over charge me but he told me the mf today was .00185 told me 2000 down $499 month for an EX sounds a little redic no?

It's rare for Honda dealers to mark up the MF, but I suppose it could happen.

Reach out to other Honda dealers and see what MF they quote you for the Pilot.

Acquisition fee from Honda is $595. Florida has some horrendously high dealer fees (I've seen as high as $995 - try to negotiate a price that mitigates that number).

Can't help you with pricing from other sites, but there is a pretty active Pilot Prices Paid forum here at Edmunds where you can get real world examples from others.

No loyalty discounts on the MF, I'm afraid.

I am being quoted (On a Touring AWD) 36/12 a money factor of .00190?? has it gone up? and a residual of 25005.90. which is 57% which I thought was for 36/15. Can you confirm.

It's rare for a Honda dealer to mark up the MF, but I suppose it could happen. Base MF is .00165 this month.

No idea. Dealer can't fiddle with the residual value, as it's set by the bank.

Honda does not offer 10K leases; 12K is the lowest mileage allowance available.

Assuming AWD, the residuals for 36/12 are 59% (Touring) or 62% (EX-L, no NAV / RES / Sensing).

MF is .00041, and there is $1750 total lease cash available

My lease ends at the end of July on my 2013 Honda Pilot Touring. Part the deal included a large incentive of $2,000. Any word whether they will have the same incentive? Looking at the same model for 36 months and 12K miles. What's the money factor and residual for a 2016 Touring? From the comments and answers money factor for this month is .00165 and residual at 57% Will it be different in July? Different in New Jersey? Thank you for your time.

59% for 36/12. No incentives. No information on what will happen next month, but given the popularity of the new Pilot, I doubt there will be much change.

If the price is the CAP cost, I get $445/mo.+tax. Are those fees rolled in, or due upfront?

Seems weird for a Honda dealer to use an independent bank, though the Pilot is expensive to lease, so maybe it might be worth it. I'd shop another dealer, to compare.

Also, the quote was to be with $0 upfront, so the fees rolled in but on top of the purchase price. Not sure why it's so far off.

The base money factor from Honda on the pilot is .00165. It's rare to see a Honda dealer markup the money factor, but I suppose it could happen. And, the dealer may be getting additional incentives for using the third-party bank.
