Honda mileage charges are mostly $0.10/mile, but it could be higher for the higher MSRP models, like the Pilot. (don't know, in other words).

These numbers are good through Tuesday, 09/06. No idea what happens after that.

Has the residual value and MF changed for September or after Labor Day?  I'm looking to lease a 2016 Honda Pilot ex-l AWD for 36 month 15,000 mile lease in Westport, CT. What is the current residual value % and Money Factor for September? What other fees and charges should I expect? How do you include option costs into a lease calculations? I have an MSRP of $38955, negotiated a price of $36,500 for pilot and have about $1,832 in options. What would my payment be per month based on above including taxes and fees?  CT tax is 6.35%. Thanks!!

The current Honda numbers expire today; new numbers should be available later this week.

When you say "options", do you mean accessories?

Using your numbers, as is, I get $499/mo with tax included.

Yes options mean accessories i.e. All season mats, roof rails, cross bars and hitch. Did your numbers above include the accessories? How do you figure that into the monthly payment?  Look forward to seeing if the MF and Residual value changes later this week. Thanks!!

If the accessories are not part of the MSRP (factory window sticker), then you pay for 100% of that cost over the lease term.

$1800 over 36 months is $50/mo added to the payment.

36/12 numbers - .00175 and 60%. No 10K term for Honda.

Current program numbers are valid until 10/31.

Sales tax in Florida is applied to the monthly payment, so your net sales price is irrelevant for the lease calculation.

What is the MSRP?
Does the $907 in fees include the $595 acquisition fee?

We actually don't know the standard MF for Honda, but always assumed it was .00175. Honda dealers aren't known for marking up the MF. Call dealers in Gary and Milwaukee and see if you get the same answers.

.00175 MF and 60%/59% residual for FWD/AWD for 36/15.

Are you sure that's what the $1500 is for? Never heard of collecting final two payments, upfront.
