Thanks Michaell! I saw that lease cash and just had to get the other numbers to see how much of a steal I could get on one of these. There is another $1,500 in competitive owner cash too. Too bad for that RV though.

Yeah, the lease cash (!) is meant to offset that residual.

The money factor is 0.00002. The cap cost reduction is the $12,000 in incentives. The cap cost is $55,826.62.

You are getting the base MF, so the only thing to negotiate is the price. 

But, we don't track that. Use the "make model year" pull downs to link to the price tools.

Do you have July numbers yet? I'm looking for 36/12k numbers for a 2016 Equus Ultimate. Looks lile lease cash is 12k. Do they lease older 2015 models? My dealer still has one.

We don't show any numbers for 2015 Hyundai models.
