Can you please provide residual for 10k and 12k on the base model as well as money factor for the higher (bad credit) tiers of 5, 6, and 7? Thanks very much.

So pardon my lack of knowledge, but does that mean that the $1800 cash would be deducted from the Cap Cost of the car, or could it be put towards the payoff of my current lease?

Tier 2 adds .00045 to the money factor given above.

Hoping this is a good deal, finally got to go into a dealer and sit with a sales person to get some 'real' numbers (since they hate dealing via email/phone):

Florida
Term: 36/12
MSRP: $45,148
Dealer invoice: $42,007
Cap Cost: 40,150 (apparently that includes the $1800 lease cash, so doesn't seem like a "discount" from the dealer)
Total Out of Pocket: $2750 - sales person said this includes the dealer fee of 799 plus doc fee of like 400, plus first month and taxes...seems a bit steep.
$375 / month + tax = $401/month.

It seems like a good deal, but this was the first pass at them, with barely even trying to negotiate (was in and out in an hour including a test drive).

$1800 lease cash + $3200 discount from MSRP looks pretty good from here.
Though the $799 dealer fee takes some of that back.

Some of that $2750 must be for CAP reduction, because that MSRP and CAP cost results in $412/mo. plus tax, and you are well under that. I'd ask for the adjusted CAP cost, because it must be even lower than $40,150.

Here's the quote I received today from a local dealer:
DISC includes BOA fleet + $2600 + complimentary 1st pymt: $38,479.00
Due at signing: $2800.00 (I would prefer Zero if possible)
Term: 12/36
Residual: $25,826.40
PYMT: $447.47
Not sure what MF was used in above calculation. thanks in advance!

What is the MSRP? $43,044?

Tax on a Texas lease is on the full purchase price. Maybe that's what all the upfront money is for? You can always have them roll that in to the lease payment, but you'll be up around $530/mo.
Doesn't look like that fleet discount is any more than Joe Schmo can get by walking into the dealership, though.

I know it is a little early, but I would be interested in the IS200t base numbers for Florida on 27 mo and 36 mo leases with 12k miles. Looks like based on the website they are still doing the first month payment deal, but any updates on the lease cash would be appreciated. Thanks again in advance.
