GLE350 4MATIC Purchase Price & Lease MF/Residual %

I have two questions. I live in the Columbus, OH area. How do I determine what a good purchase price is for a 2016 GLE350? Is there a standard/approximate Gross Profit Margin (GPM) from manufacture invoice to MSRP? If there is, then I can calculate the approx invoice value from the MSRP and the approx GPM. Then what would be a fare GPM from manufacture invoice in order to calculate TMV, 1%? Or, should I simply look at % off MSRP? If so, what would be a good % off MSRP? I looked at trying to find the TMV on several web sites and they are all over the place.

Second, as everyone else has asked, what is the current MF & Residual % for 36mo, 12K?

Using your numbers, I get $627/mo plus tax.

What state and tax rate is this?

I would confirm the adjusted cap cost number with the dealer - if you aren't paying all the up front costs, well, up front, they will be addedto the selling price.

BTW, the MF is .00071 (three zeros), and that assumes Auto-Pay is being used.

I get the same payment you do with those numbers.

However, I don't see the acquisition fee or a dealer fee (if any) accounted for .. I would confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

No, I wouldn't buy either of those packages. $760/mo. with the packages.

Acquisition fee is marked up. We don't know if the money factor is marked up, because that is not disclosed.

Been reading through the posts/comments here, really helpful! We are looking for leasing a 2016 GLE 350 (RWD) that comes out of the dealer Customer Loan Vehicle program (CVP), and we are told the new car rate for leasing would apply to these as they are under 10k in mileage which would reflect a significant saving. What would the money factor and residue look like for such a vehicle? for 12k/36 month lease or 15k/36 month lease. thanks!

36/15 - .00049 and 52%. Add 2% for 12K

However, the residual will be adjusted downward to account for the existing miles - probably at .15-.25 per mile. The idea is to negotiate a selling price to reflect those miles, as well. Else, why get the loaner vehicle over one with 0 miles on it?

12k/yr
$3500 due at signing ($2,179 for tax tags etc + additional $1,320 put down) (New Jersey)
$605/month


So basically, if I didn't put the $1,320 down it would be $650/month

Neither. Standard MF from MBFS is .00200-.00220.

Those other MF are for the 350.
