    Looking at RTL-T AWD in Ohio. MF and residual for 

    12k/36 mo ?

    There may be stock on the ground, but no lease numbers just yet.

    I'll take a guess that the MF is .00165, which is the standard Honda rate.

    I just did a deal in PA on a 2017 RTL-T AWD for 3 years and 36k miles. I had leased an Accord last year so I was told I qualified for some savings on this lease (no disposition fee at end?, not sure). My credit was supposedly had me ranked as "super preferred". I ended up with a bank rate of .0018 and a residual of 66%.

    Hi,

    Can someone please help me with these numbers:
    Based in Los Angeles, CA -
    What is the money factor and residual for:
    FWD - 2017 Ridgeline, 12,000mi (do they all have the same residual and money factor?)
    Tier 1 credit.
    RT
    RTS
    Sport

    Also, am I allowed to ask pricing here? What is invoice on these vehicles and are any dealers doing $500 over invoice or lower?
    Oh, and any incentives?

    Assuming a 36 month term, the numbers are .00175 and 67% for all three trims.

    No incentives.

    Could I have help calculating a payment?  
    RTL. Sale price 35k residule 23,436 mf. 00210 7% tax first payment down.  This is for 36/15.  Also when calculating lease payments, how does the mf translate to apr?

    2WD or 4WD RTL?

    Multiply MF by 2400 to get equivalent APR.

    I appreciate the help, I'm new to leasing.  Can you help me understand how you came up with that?  Is it 35000 - 23436 = the amount financed over 36 months?  Edit.   I don't think they quoted me the correct residule if it's 62%

    You have to also factor the 'rent charge' (lease speak for interest) into the payment, as well.
