MF & Residual on 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Me again, wondering on the above. Automatic transmission. 3 yrs, 12k miles/yr. Los Angeles (90046). Also, taxes should be 9% of price paid, not MSRP correct?

36/15 - standard MF (around .00200) and 71% (Sport) or 62% (Sahara). Add 2% for 12K
