what is the MF and RV for a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder SV in NC? The msrp is 34800 selling price is 27260 + tax tags etc 36 month lease 15k miles per year. We were quoted a monthly lease payment of $577 at one dealership and $433 at another.

.00095 MF and 54%/57% residual for FWD/AWD.

the $27260 is what they quoted but but now are telling me that rebates etc don't apply since i want to lease - is this correct? and are increasing the cap price to msrp of 34850. and using mf of .00249 ??? My thinking is the cap cost should be around $30000 and with a mf of .00095 the monthly lease payment should be around $350 with 0 down. Thanks so much for your advice

There are frequently incentives that apply only to purchases and not leases. We don't have any incentive information for Nissan so we don't know for sure.

Dealers are allowed to mark up the MF, but that does seem excessive. The .00095 rate is for top tier credit - perhaps the dealer is being cautious with the MF quote as they haven't run your credit yet?
