Assuming AWD and 2016, not 2016.5.

One more question, for Washington State, what would be the money factor and residual % for a 2016.5 CX-5 for 36 month at either 12k per year and 15k per year?

Sorry.. 36 months 10k/year I was told MF is 0.00006 and RV of 61% from the dealer.

MSRP of $34,635
Sell Price of $33,000 (which i think is still high and trying to negotiate)
Taxes in NJ of $916

When I put that in the calculator it shows $333.04/month

They're telling me $354/month but that includes docs, insurance and registration.

From my calculations, that's a $21/month difference or $756 for the 36 months, but they want $2156(including taxes) if I dont want to include the fees. That doesn't make sense to me. $2156-$916 = $1240. Almost makes sense to just pay the extra $21/month for the fees.

Get a break down of the $2156 they are asking for. Doc fee? Bank fee? It does add up...

yup.. definitely adds up, but if i only have to pay $21 extra a month for it on the lease, i think it's worth it that way, rather than for up the $1240 up front on top of the taxes..

As far as the selling prices goes, what do you think i can negotiate it down to? It's fully loaded GT with the activesense and tech package, remote start, and misc accessories (cargo mat, all weather floor mats, wheel locks, retractable rear cargo cover).
