Hi there, I am just starting to investigate lease pricing on a new 740i and an X5 for 2017. Initial MF figures look way off to me. I am being quoted .0018/54% on the 740 and .0018/57% on the X5, just provided yesterday. Just confirming that these are not the prevailing numbers and the dealer is marking up. Thanks in advance.

Dealer cannot adjust the residual; they are set by the bank.

MF, however, is marked up the max allowed - base rate is .00140 for March.

Suggestion? Rather than collecting a bunch of lease numbers, trying to find the best deal, go test drive a few vehicles and see what you like.

A great lease deal isn't all that great if you don't like the car you've chosen - you'll be stuck with it for the next 3 years.

No I didn't sign. I have 4 payments left on my 2015 750li and bmw currently has a pull ahead program that will waive the remaining payments. Not sure if I should wait closer to the end of my current lease and may get a better deal then.

Hi, Ive Been trying to work a deal since long weekend, didn't happen as I was getting .00191 MF quotes from three different dealers... but today i get a much better offer (almost too good) on the price and the lease terms (.00152 and 53%/52% for a 2017 750i, 36/10 or 36/12.)
So I'm wondering did the residuals and MF change for September yet? If so what are they? Thanks!
