I think the MF is high, but they say they get that from BMW FS as the term. Also the 56.5 Residual was noted as the BMW FS term.

Base MF is .00137. I've never seen a half-percent on the residual.

.00137 and 57% this month.

If I add the taxes and fees to the selling price, and use the inflated MF, I still only get $761/mo.

Find out what adjusted cap cost the dealer is using. I don't see the acquisition fee anywhere in your numbers.

Well, didn't get far enough to get Adj Cap Cost. The Finance Manager was not willing to budge on the .00177 MF. Said they need to make money on car somewhere. Oh, and they also told me that the car had 2600 miles on it, but still new under BMW service loaner program. Needless to say, they were not moving on either the front end (sale price) or back end (MF) so we both decided to move on.

Ah, the 2600 miles would account for the small difference in residual. BMW deducts something like .20/mile for loaners and demos.
