    The numbers you have are correct. .00016 and 53% residual, assuming 36/12.

    With those numbers, I get $264/mo.+tax.
    Illinois taxes the sum of payments, but collects that amount upfront.

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost. And, see how that differs from your final price. And, ask for an accounting of that difference.
