Are there any known lease deals on the Ridgeline yet? I know its a new model and so info online seems to be lacking.

What can I expect to pay for an RTL-T / 12k / 39mo in NJ?

.00175 MF and 64% residual, assuming AWD, for 39/12.

No idea what you will pay, though. My guess is that it won't be cheap, as least for a while.

I've been quoted the following for an RTL-T model (incl taxes and fees).

    Amount Due: $42,891.72
    Down Payment: $4000.
    39 months at: $490
    Annual Miles: 12k
    Residual: $24,723.20

It's more money than I wanted to spend but I do love the vehicle...

    What is the MSRP?

What does the $4000 up front cover?

MSRP is $39,225.00 before tax. $4000 up front is the down payment on the lease.

    They've added "Etch - $199.50", " DMV Fees - $408.50" and "Doc Fee - $299.00" and NJ Sales Tax adds $2,759.72 making $42,891.72 total.

The tax amount is wrong - that is for a purchase. NJ taxes the sum of the lease payments only.

Ask the dealer for the "adjusted cap cost" - this will help us figure out the payment.
