    Assuming it's 4X4, then .00111 MF and 54% residual for 36 months, 15K/yr

    It would actually be 12K/yr, but I don't understand the calculation. 54% of the residual?? I'm looking for the residual. Could you please be more specific? Grateful!

    The residual percentage is applied to the MSRP. And, for 12k, the residual percentage is 55%

    Multiply the full MSRP by the residual percentage. (55% for 36/12).

    What would I use for a residual % of MSRP if financed for 48 months? This would be a leased vehicle. Does that change the MF or residual %??

    You don't want to lease any Nissan product for longer than 36 months .. the numbers get very bad for terms longer than that.
