Need Advice on 36 month lease for IS300 F Sport

The dealer has offered me the following on a 2016 IS300 F Sport with nav:
-pay off three remaining BMW lease payments of $450.00, for total of $1,350;
-MSRP is $46,925.00
-lease is 36/12K;
-$1,000.00 down;
-MF is .00090
-looks like cap cost is $38,183.00

Monthly payment would be $450.00, and this is with NY taxes.

Is this a reasonable deal? They haven't gotten back to me with residual yet, and of course they're only offering this until 8/31.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Residual is 60%.
The Lexus lease program is good through September 6th, though it's possible the dealership wants to hit some month end numbers.

The selling price might be $38,183, but the CAP cost has to be a lot higher than that.
They are probably adding in the $1350 of payments, and the $700 acquisition fee.

That would take it up to $397/mo.+tax.

So, the discount looks great, but the whole deal is just okay.

We do not have any lease information on 2015 models. Likely to be more expensive than the 2016's

Thank you, I finally received the real numbers from this dealer, and the deal is probably less than okay!

Adjusted cap cost is $42,079.21
"Dlr fees and Prod:" $1,199.00

I can't see explicitly where the $1,350 is buried, but the "amount due at start" is $3,545.87.

I will wait and look for a better deal on an IS350 F sport, but could you explain the different between total sales tax, which is listed at $1,718 (New York), and the Tax Rate/Amount, which is listed as $1,437.75?

Miles are claimed to be very low (below 100). What sort of discounting can one expect for a new model which is at least a year old? This would be for a 36/12K lease. Thanks!
