In UK and some other countries ie Australia etc this was sold as a Standard Ten Companion, but in US I don't think you had Standard as a make by then. They also made a van (called the Courier I think but that name was also used for the Triumph Herald van a few years later) and also a pick-up, although that must have been rare.
The Stratos was left hand drive only, I think, but they certainly sold a few in UK, not just for rallying because I used to see one every couple of weeks on the Chelsea Embankment. More recently someone introduced a kit car using Lancia Beta parts, as a sort of replica - quite a close one in the pictures - but I think somone else now makes a cheaper Replica using Fiat parts. It was such a classic design that it will keep getting replicated, a bit like the Cobra, I suppose.
The main car is a Goggomobile Dart, 1958/61, built in Australia. Behind it is an MGA, Land-Rover mk11 probably an 88" but maybe an 86" wheelbase, and behind that an M-Benz 190SL.
Pretty good job Magnette but I have to go along with Fintail on this one. The Merc appears to have the compound headlights that first appeared on the 300SL roadster (1958?) but AFAIK never appeared on the 190SL or for that matter of the 300SL "Gullwing" coupes.
I'm sure you meant to type Mk II rather than Mk.11 re: the Land Rover.:P FWIW the MGA looks like a Mk II with the slight indentation at the bottom of the grill.
Escort RS1600, the works ones had the flared arches, but the version offered to the public generally didn't, as standard. The indicators and grille look like a sold-to-the-public one, so presumably the arches are a modification, like the wheels. Great car though....
A taxi driver in Jamaica told me that LADA stood for "Laugh, and Die Aftah" and then proceeded to break out in the wildest laughter I think I've ever heard. He had a Lada Samara cab, I think.
