Hmmm this one got me for a sec. It's a Fiat 132, early 80s I believe. All these Fiats look sorta alike, and at first I thought it's a 131, but it's not (the C pillar vents are different). The 132 was replaced by the larger Fiar Argenta in early 80s.
The red car on the right is an old Fiat 600 also known as the Topolino (which means Mickey Mouse), and the white on the right is an FSM Syrena 105 (Poland's Trabant at the time).
The two rears you see on ther left are also of the Syrena.
The Syrena resembled the Morris Minor, and was produced up until mid 80s with almost no changes (apart from dropping the suicide doors in the 70s, and moving the shifter to the fllor from the column). The styling and the metal dashboard remained unchanged.
I still have the owner's manual for that car, and I have parts of it in my car space:
Good guess, you're only off by a couple of yrs. It's a 1948 Nash Ambassador Custom. There sure is a lot of Lincoln Contintental Mk.I in that front end.
I would have guessed a Toyota with a milder "eyebrow" appearance until I saw the Ford blue oval. The body sculpting looks Toyotaish... not a good thing in my opinion. Other's opinion may vary.
I don't know what it is lately in car designs but I think folks have run out of ideas on what to make of the rear of the car. Don't have the shot of the back but from the side it looks chopped off.
2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring, 2014 Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback, 1999 Mazda Miata 2004 Toyota Camry LE, 1999.
1980 Datsun 810 Maxima. There was also a base 810. Engine was basically the same inline six as the 280ZX, iirc, and the base 810 even offered it with a five-speed. For one or two years there was also a diesel variant.
Yep, it's probably a Savoy. We've gotten so used to the predominance of Crown Vics and Grand Marqs in police fleets that we've forgotten that in the 60sand 70s Plymouths and Dodges were the most common patrol cruisers.
Yep, a 1949 Plymouth Deluxe. The "business coupe" was designed for the use of traveling salesmen who needed the big trunk to carry samples or sales materials.

There's always a first time, perhaps the rarity of these accounts for the outrageous price tag, it's For Sale @ $99K. :surprise:

It bears no resemblance to the Ford Nucleon I posted a couple of days ago. This is also not a bad thing.

Correct, it's a '56. I saw one like it today at the Russo& Steele Scottsdale Auction.
These were styled by Bertone.
