Best cars around $8k?

Looking for a car around 7-8k for mt first car. As much as I'd love to buy a BMW, I'm not willing to maintain that thing. That being said, what are the nicest cars I can find ariund $8,000 and 100,000 miles that stand out. I've been looking at 2008 Acura TSX and 2012 Volvo S60, but I'd love some more advice from experts. Thanks!

If you don't want to maintain a BMW, I'd pass on the Volvo, as well.

That model TSX is pretty nice.

Yeah, you don't want a high miles German car out of warranty, or a Volvo that's miled up either.
