A friend who just signed off on an ED has the MF at 0.00167. Can this vary?

There is a bump of .00030 for ED sourced leases - that is mitigated by a bigger discount from sticker.

Local dealer who has 2017 in stock insists only on Sell rate MF of 0.00176. Refuses to consider 0.00136.
Makes the deal a bit off and not so attractive.
