Toyota Multiple Security Deposit Program Explanation

I see that Toyota has an MSD program and up to nine (9) allowable, but could someone explain how it works? I know how BMW works, but is it similar? How much does each security depost reduce the money factor?

    Just from what we have heard from other members:

    9 times .00008 MF for total reduction of .00072

    How does Toyota MSD program work in terms of payments? Do you pay all at once or pay extra towards monthly lease payment?

    Any monies used for MSD are collected at the beginning of the lease, when you sign the paperwork
