2016 Lexus ES350 Lease MF/Incentives

Hello, I am a current lessee of a 2015 Lexus IS350, and my Lexus dealer has been contacting myself for months now to turn in my lease early. I am considering a 2016 Lexus ES350, what is the current rebates/incentives on a 2016? Is there any loyalty cash? What is the current MF for 24, 27, and 36months in 02747?

.00095 MF and 60%/59%/54% residual for 15K/yr.
$3100 lease cash.

No info on other incentives.
