Residuals won't change, as Lexus only adjusts them on a quarterly basis. No idea what will happen, otherwise.

I am new to leasing and doing some research. I am in California (Santa Clara)
Could you please tell me the MF, RV as of August for 2017 RC 350 F Sport AWD for a 12k/36mo lease?
Also, I would greatly appreciate any advice or tips on what prices I should negotiate on and any $0 down events going on in the Bay Area that I can make use of?

Stopped by the dealer today, I aware the RC F doesnt have RC350 type support.
