cargurus.com provides a range of prices people paid. Their data are more complete in larger markets. For example, in the Boston area, they show that a Sienna XLE with a $37,700 MSRP would be expected to be sold at an average price of $34,565; however, few are getting as low as $29,958 (their "Great Price"). I got a 2017 BMW 340i for the "Great Price" when I showed the dealer what their graph is showing, so you should consider that.
