2016 BMW M6 Lease help

New 2016 BMW M6, $120,595 MSRP, $111,655 invoice and $69,945 residual. 3 year lease, 10k miles and payment info would be $3000 drive off and $1350/month includes tax (9%). Is this a good deal or should there still be some wiggle room?

Other option is a new 2016 M5, 12000 miles/ year, 3 year lease, $122565 msrp, and $110,565 selling price. I was quoted 1.46 money favor, 65% residual. Quoted me $2500 drive off and $1301.19 payment. Seems high and the reason I was looking at the m5 was to get a lower cost than m6.

36/10 on the M6 is .00136 and 58%. $5000 option allowance.

If the invoice price is the cap cost, I get $1532/mo including tax.

Find out what the adjusted cap cost is, and what the $3000 at signing covers.
