I confirm the money factor and residual.
To get that payment, the CAP cost would have to about $27,800.
With 6% tax on the full selling price, that puts the selling price somewhere between $25,000-$25,500.

That looks like a decent deal, but that sure isn't a cheap lease. I think I'd buy it, before I'd pay $400/mo. to lease it.

That's a big giant doc fee, but a really low price to make up for it.

The tax number is not right, and given the monthly price, it's not likely the number that was used, either.. Should be somewhere around $1600 or so.

This is a horrible price. Your monthly should be about $260 with these numbers. $400 per month is insane.

Thanks for feedback, everyone. We are still looking for the right deal. Northern VA dealerships offer very aggressive pricing ~ $6000 off MSRP. Doc fees are higher and interest rate may be higher if financing. Hope to post a new deal for review tomorrow.

Thanks kyfdx! Just realized the FWD Sportwagen S doesn't have heated seats which is a no no in Illinois while the AWD version does. Is it possible to get the MF and RV for the AWD Sportwagen S? Thanks again!

Do you happen to know what the financing cash is for the Sportwagen S, both FWD and 4Motion? It would be helpful to know how much of the internet price is discounted due to the financing cash vs lease cash, which would help with negotiating. One salesman said it was $2,500 for the S FWD, but not sure exactly. Thanks!
