What should the lease price be?

.00155 MF and 64% residual. Complimentary 1st payment.

We need a proposed selling price to calculate a lease payment.

51, 850 is the selling price in NYC
  • ysautoysauto Member Posts: 42
there is also $750 in loyalty, given that I have a Lexus now.

Are these the actual intensives for December to Remember?
From what I remember this was always the best sale of the year and it looks that they only give you 1st month off now. Should I be waiting for the actual December for more incentives?

I get $636/mo with those prices.

Residuals are good through the end of the year, but MF and incentives expire on 11/30. So, they could get better next month.

    What does the $2k cover?

    What state and tax rate?

Looks solid, but the details will be helpful.

    Thanks for the reply!

    2k down:

    first payment 597.16
    fees and insurance 546,75
    upfront taxes 126.59
    cap reduction cost 729.50

Separately, there is a 597 customer rebate fee. Excessive wear and tear is also included.

Los Angeles, CA, not sure if the tax rate is 9 or 9.5%

Should I also ask for a loyalty discount? I'm currently leasing another RX.

I just got another quote for the same specs (55k MSRP, 2 k down, 12k miles) and a payment of 551, tax included. For this one I don't have all the exact details, just the quote but it's a big difference.

Save the $729.50 on the cap reduction - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Yes, the second deal looks better, but without the details, there's no way to know for sure.

No information on loyalty incentives from Lexus.

Actually second deal didn't include excessive wear and tear or tire insurance.

Other than the $729.50, deal looks good?

    Thanks again!

is dealer fee the same as documentation fee, any standards for Lexus, I see some charging $500, some $600, what is the Lexus bank fee amount?

The bank (aka acquisition) fee is $700

    Dealer fee = doc fee
Either one is just more money for the dealer.

I have a 2015 RX350 Base Model I will be returning in May 2017.  Is it a good idea to go in early and lease a new RX 350?  Received mail indicating they will waive up to 3 payments and the fee to return the vehicle.  Is Presidents weekend or Memorial weekend a better time for a new lease?  Is there currently any incentives?  What is the current MF and RV for 36 months 10K miles a year?  Thank You!

    Hi,

Could you please give me the MF and Residual for a 2017 RX 350 AWD in New York State for both 10k and 15k miles? Also, are the numbers any better if I do 39 months (or some other term) as opposed to the usual 36 months?

Finally, are there any incentives/rebates/ loyalty? My dealership is trying to get me to turn in my current lease early (expires in may) and they claim that their march sales event has started early? Is there some way to tell if that's true or is it better to actually wait until March?

    Thank you.

.00120 MF and 63%/60% residual for 36 months
    Subtract 2% for 39 months.

Any "sales event" is just advertising. Residuals won't change next month, but money factors/incentives might.

    Thank you KYFDX, much appreciated.

It was actually 819.22 (first mo pmt [569], doc fee [75], inspect, tax on rebates, tire disposal fee, and plates). I couldn't get them to throw in the first months payment which I really wanted; but frankly I did this in a single afternoon without having done much research at all and without shopping around between dealers for several weeks as I usually do. I think maybe I could have gotten a few more dollars if I had but for having everything squared away it was worth it. Also Lexus waived my last 3 pmts on prior lease.

    Good evening,

Could you please give me the money factor and residual for a 2017 RX350 AWD in TN for 36 months and 10k/12k. I am seeing MF of 0.0012 but my local dealership was giving a MF of 0.0015 with a 63% residual for 36/10k. Just want to be informed going into negotiations. Also what would the money factor and residual for a 2016 RX 350 F Sport be for 36/10k and 36/12k. This car is currently a service loaner with 14,200 miles on it, but I was told it would be certified by Lexus and could be structured as a lease. Thank you!!

.00120 is what we show; Lexus numbers are regional, and we don't have them all, so .00150 could be correct or it could be marked up.

The residual value is fixed for all regions - 63% is correct for 36/10 for base FWD or base AWD.

    F-Sport residuals are 1% higher.

Demo or loaner vehicles have their residual deducted by .20 per mile, or $2840, as long as the car hasn't been titled.

Thank you for your prompt response Michaell! What is the residual for a 2016 RX 350 F Sport for 36/10k and 36/12k?

    Good deal?

    MSRP: 52,399
    3K Loyalty Rebate
    36 months
    10K Miles
    2500 Out of Pocket
    MF 0.00130
    Residual: 63%

    $478 a month including tax

I am putting a larger down to reduce the payment but wanted to get your feedback on the deal.

What is the adjusted cap cost?

What is the full breakdown of the $2500?

Without the details, it's hard to quantify your deal.
