BMW X6M's are pretty straight forward with few options available. For the sake of simplicity... Lets call the sticker $115,000., I expect to get 7% off at a minimum. Lets call the final sales price of $106,000., (including the $1,000 BMW current customer offer) .Could someone please tell me what the 36 month lease would be utilizing the current lease figures please?

.00134 and 55% for 36 months, 15,000 miles per year.

If the sales price is the cap cost (meaning, you are paying all the fees and such up front), the lease payment works out to $1414/mo before tax.

Thanks so much. I have a newer scenario which I would love an answer for. Cap cost is $100,000. 3 year- 12,000 per year. (Not 15,000). thanks so much in advance. Additionally if you could be so kind, your thoughts on residual and money factor..not a good time to lease?
