I just leased a limited Pacifica with MSRP 48,475$. I signed and drove the vehicle with first month only payment. It was a 36/15k lease. Monthly payment is 488$.

Sale Price 43,300.
With taxes and fees 45,723. I live in northern VA.
Cost reduction in form of incentives 5500$. I qualified for several incentives.
Adjusted capitalized cost 40,222$.
Residual Value 23,268$.

None, really.

But, the Odyssey and the Sienna have decent residuals, depending on which trim you are interested in. Lower trim levels generally have higher residuals.

Is it just me or are these expensive leases?

A lot of it will depend on the dealer discount + incentives.
Even low residuals can be overcome with enough of a discount.
What that means in reality, I couldn't say.

36/15. Add 2% for 36/12

TL+: .00008 MF and 48% residual
LTD: .00026 MF and 49% residual
Hyb: Standard MF and 55%/54% residual for Platinum/Premium trim.

Looks like Chrysler is keeping the tax credit and using that money to prop up the residuals.

I am only responsible for 1st payment+doc fees. My dealer offered $425 per month plus tax.

Can anyone tell me whether this is a good deal?
