what is the best deal should i bargain for Honda accord 2017 sport

I am newbie to car and learning the things of bargaining and as others trying to get best deal . can some one let me know if any one encountered the best deal on honda accord sport 2017 . The best have seen that offering retail price of 21K , not sure whether they can go beyond that.
Also, how to know the inventory price of this model
have checked them for 2016 but they were not able to give the deal on this and can give on 2017 only
