When I go to the dealer how hard will it be to get the MF and residual value that are posted about. Should a buyer go in with the numbers they want and say take it or leave it.

Residual is set by the bank and the dealer cannot alter it.

Regarding the MF, don't tell them you know the number. Let them present you a quote, and if they use a different number, simply tell them you won't sign a deal without using the base rate.

I am looking at a 2017 nissan titan XD 4X4 diesel king cab (trim S) 3/36,000. What is the money factor and residual on it for zip 12180.

There isn't any lease support for the 2017 models.
You'd have to get a huge discount to make it worth leasing.
