I appreciate what you do. I may be not understanding something, so I want to ask your input. I was quoted the numbers below:

Msrp $39,710
Discount -$2,723
Total = $36,987.77
Lease cash -$9,700
Bonus cash -$2,000

Those are their numbers. I copied and pasted. My math brings cost to $25287 subtracting lease cash and bonus cash. She agrees with your residual and money factor. So residual is $17472. If I pay sales tax and acquisition fees up front, my lease cost is $7815 plus interest. I then get a payment of $234.28 with interest. Seems impossible. What am I doing wrong?
I figure sales tax, acquisition and first month's payment to be about $2000 which I will pay upfront.

The money factor is applied to the sum of the CAP cost and Residual, not the Depreciation amount.
(25,288 + 17472) X .00209 = $89.37/mo. finance charges.

I get $306.47/mo. with all fees/charges paid upfront.
