Hi, does anyone know the Money Factor and Residual for the 2017 XC90 T8 for 36 month/12k and 36month/10k respectively?

Inscription: .00167 MF and 47%/48% residual (same residual for 39 months, as well)
R-Design: .00160 MF and 48%/49% residual (subtract 1% for 39 months)

$2000 T8 allowance

Thanks for the detail! Pretty ugly residuals. Could I push the friendship and ask if you have the numbers for the 2017 XC90 T6 R-Design and Inscription, 36 month /12k? Interested to see if the residual gets any better.

.00172 MF and 54%/57% residual for Inscription/Rdesign.
Same numbers for 39/12.
But, no incentives.

Hi, I got a quote that MSRP is 81155, sales price 73115, (not including 4585 rebate). The monthly payment for 36/12k with $5000 down is $1029. Not sure if this is a good deal? Thanks.

Looks like a pretty high payment with that much money due up front.

This vehicle does not lease well. Even with the big discount, then subtracting the rebate, I get $993/mo.+tax.
But, you are also putting $5000 upfront
$1029 payment
$795 acq.fee
$1000 DMV/Doc fees
Leaves about $2200 for CAP reduction.
That takes payment down to $929/mo.+tax, or about $1010/mo.

That's not too far off, since I estimated a lot of those numbers.

What MF/Residual should I expect?

Also, I see that Volvo has a lease offer for $815 39/10, $4,915 due at signing (includes Fed Rebate and 2k dealer cash); excludes tax. Is that a good deal?

$4585 non-cash credit and $2000 T8 allowance available as incentives.

Any advertised lease special is always just "meh" to us - you should be able to beat it with better than average negotiation skills.
