First time leasing. Mazda CX-5 2016.5 touring Residual value and Money Factor in the Bay Area

This is my first time leasing, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out lease residual value and the money factor for this car in the Bay Area (San Jose). I got an offer for 21,700 and msrp 26,115.

Roll in the $595 acquisition fee and it's $207/mo.+tax
Due at signing would be first payment, DMV fees, doc fee. (about $650)

That would be a great deal, if they stick by the price, and don't markup the money factor.

Did you get the CX-5? If so, how do you like it and what did the numbers work out to be?
