Please help me figure out the figures on a lease for a 2017 Ford Fusion trim with 36 months and 12,000 miles in CA, 94134. And what’s your best monthly payment estimate assuming a $2,000 down payment? Also what’s the invoice price?

I’ve been offered $295 + tax, good deal?

To calculate a lease payment, need the MSRP and selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost.

Negotiated Price: $23,414.45
Sales Tax (8.75%): $2,048.74
Acquisition Fee: $645.00
Net Cap Cost: $26,107.89

Sales tax in California is collected on the monthly payment.
So, it wouldn't be included in the CAP cost.

If the dealer actually gave you that number as the adjusted CAP cost, they aren't being straight with you.
