2017 Honda Accord EXL Lease Question

Hey guys,

I hope this is the proper place to post this question - I'm very new to this. Anyway, I'm supposed to sign tomorrow morning. MSRP is 29,795. I've negotiated an "all-in" deal where there is only the first month's payment due at signing and ALL fees are included in the monthly payment, which is $325 per month. This is a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per month. I've been working the deal for a week. The residual is $15,791. Is this a good deal? I think it is - a great deal actually - but can someone respond asap and let me know your thoughts?
