Car Buying Advice - 2017 BMW 430i LEASE

Hi, I have been quoted $450 per month incl. tax on a MSRP $45,400 BMW 430i.
$1,000 down payment. 10,000 miles a year. 36 months.
Is this a fair deal?

    I don't know about the residual and stuff like that. I don't want to keep the car when the lease is up. I give it back.

    Seems like a good deal. But, if you don't know the details of the calculation, it's hard to say if you could do better.
