2014 Compass noises

After driving for along time I get a thumping noise in the rear of my fwd as if something is loose. It would the same sound as you would get going over a pothole. The noise also occurs when accelerate also Any thoughts?

    Most common rear end noises on a FWD car are strut mounts or loose exhaust. There's not too much back there. Maybe a rear sway bar bushing is loose, if you have such a bar on your car. A quick trip up on the lift might spot something obvious.

    Took the jeep to the shop and left it for 8 days. Took a long ride on sunday 6/4 and noise is still there.
