    I leased HONDA ACCORD EX-L V4 2.4 2011 for
    $ 320.00 including illinois sales tax ; 36 months and 15000 miles/yr
    Breakdown is as follow

    Gross : 27176.53
    Capital cost : 25996.53
    Residual : 15738.80
    Depreciation : 10257.73
    Rent Chrages : 1263.00

    Money down + fees + acquisition + license/doc fee/registeration fee + first month payment = $ 1000.00

Do you guys think 320.00 is good price including illinois sales tax and 15 k miles/yr???

I am getting ready to do this deal this week. Can any of you check and see if it looks ok. My other dealer is telling me that this is a balloon lease because money factory is low. I checked with the company and they are stating that it is not. Cant decide.

    Manu219,

You have quite a bit missing such as sales tax rate and state. It also appears that items like AHFC's $595 doc fee is being capitalized in the lease. I have no idea whether your 305.96 payment includes taxes or not. You may want to take a look at the sample lease proposal at

    www.autoleasegeek.com

to get a feel for the flow of a lease and all relevant data necessary to compute lease payments. You’ll also find some helpful articles about the basics of leasing. Questions? Please email me at

Thanks . one a side note, i know someone with the last name ansari. Aziz Ansari. Real funny guy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aziz_Ansari

    check him out..

I dont think I can get the dealer any further down. I was just thrown off by a low money factor. Just wanted to find out form you all if that is a common practice for dealers to change the money factor way down and increase the price on the car to match a payment. Thats all..

Could you tell me what the current buy money factor and residual % for a 2011 Accord EX-L V6 without NAV is in the Houston, TX area? This would be for a 3 year lease 15K miles/year.

    Thank you!

    Carman,
Can you please provide the MF and Residual for a 2011 Accord EX-l V6 with navigation for 24 month and 36 month 15k per year

Also if you can let me know what the over mileage penalty is as well

What's the best deal you've seen for a 2011 Accord SE in Maryland? In December, I was quoted 250/month and zero out of pocket other than first month's payment. However, I'm not getting as many responses this month.

I really don't want to put ANY money upfront - and this includes tax/tags/freight etc.

So let's have it, what are you guys/gals seeing out there? Thanks!

The deal as advertised was for something like 24 vehicles.
I suspect the dealership "ran out" five minutes before the
    ad was published.

It was a typical teaser deal to get people in the door and then upsell them since the advertiased deal was "sold out".

    Hi Carman,

Do you have the numbers for a V6 Coupe w/nav? Looking at 36 months 12k per year. Also- possibly buying two cars so looking at numbers on a 4 doors Civic LXS also- same terms.

    Thanks!

    Hi CarMan,

Do you have the Jan. residual and MF information for the 2011 Accord Sedan EX-L with and without Navigation, as well as the EX-L V6 with Navigation? I'm looking at a 36 month / 12K mile agreement.

    Thanks!
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
Here's the information that you're looking for, adfreak.

Honda Finance's January buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Accord Sedan EX-L 4-cylinder without Navigation with 12,000 miles per year are .00068 and 59%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.

The money factor for this car with navigation is the same, but its residual value would drop by 2%.

Was offered this deal in the boston area today.

    2011 Accord EX
    229/mo 12k year for 36 months
doc fee of 290 and first month due at signing.

I like it but all the 2011 EX's have the wood trim. It's a deal breaker for me.

Can you please tell me the current MF/Residual for a 2011 Accord Sedan EX-L V6 for 36 months for both 12K and 15K miles/year? I have looked back through some of the past posts and it looks like you said .00123 MF and I saw a 54% residual for both mileages, but that can't be right?

    Thanks,

Car_man, where do you get all this information? I'm in the market for a 24 month lease, but am not set on a specific car - I'd like to compare MF and residuals of different manufacturers and models for 24mo/10K leases. Where can I quickly find this information?
  • thandamilkthandamilk Member Posts: 18
Looks like we're in the market for the same thing. Would you mind PMing me if you find any more info on 24 month leases at 10k miles or less? I'll do the same. Hopefully we can both find good deals.

Doesn't the LX-P have the same seat adjustment range as the LX except the LX-P has power control switches instead of manual knobs and levers?
The main advantage I see of the power seat is that it's easier to change the position when you have 2 different drivers of different sizes and need to frequently adjust the seat between each driver.
I don't see how the seat using power instead of manual control to change position would make it any more comfortable once you adjust the seat to where you want it.
  • ginterhelsigginterhelsig Member Posts: 8
I will. So far I have the RES and MF for 4 BMW models. Am looking for 2 more HYUNDAI and BUICK.

I created a nice spreadsheet for myself that calculates total lease cost based on RES and MF, RETAIL price and CAP. I just need to plug in the numbers.
  • leasewizardleasewizard Member Posts: 17
Lease is for 24 month / 12000 miles per year lease.

Payment is 169.00. Your total out of pocket is $1573.15 this covers everything, your first month payment, taxes, doc fee, mv fees, and bank acq fee of $595.00
  • ginterhelsigginterhelsig Member Posts: 8
LeaseWizard, what's the MF (money factor) and the residual on that lease?
  • thandamilkthandamilk Member Posts: 18
Do you happen to know the residual and MF on that deal? Wondering if there is fine print such as X dollar "loyalty" discount factored into this lease price to lure one into the dealership only to find out you don't qualify. Can't really read the Ad clearly.

    Thanks.

Anyone get in on that Hamilton Honda deal? Any catches?

I wish I would've checked sooner and saw this. Unfortunately today is Sunday and they are closed. I'll pop by my local Honda dealer in Woodside, Queens and see if they will match it.
  • thandamilkthandamilk Member Posts: 18
Paragon Honda? I was thinking of heading over there too but it is quite some ways from me. Would really appreciate it if you would report back on what they say about matching the Hamilton deal.
