Car Buying Advice - NYC A4 Lease - One-Pay?

Hi -
For someone in NYC - what are the MF and residual for the following:
A4 Quattro Premium Plus, 36m, lowest possible mileage (i assume 10k mileage is the lowest?)
A4 Quattro Prestige, 36m, lowest possible mileage (i assume 10k mileage is the lowest?)

Do either the MF or residual change if the lease is done as a one-pay?

.00045 MF and 56%/51% residual for PremiumPlus/Prestige for 36/10.
Add 1% for 7.5K/yr

Pretty sure that a single pay lease would bring the MF down to .00005

Thank you. Do you know how AudiFS handles one-pay leases? Is it just a cap cost reduction, or is it done in a way that avoids gap insurance risk?

The monthly lease payment is calculated with the reduced MF, then multiplied by the lease term to get your one payment amount.
