 Is this a good deal? I'm new to leasing. Also, he is covering rest of my lease payments for 5 months on 5 series that I lease right now.

Seems like the money factor should be .00077
(.00146 - .00049 MSDs - .00020 fleet) = .00077

Using .00081 MF, a CAP cost of about $55,550 is needed to get to the $570 payment.
After deducting the incentives, that makes the dealer discount about $2850.
That's not a big discount, but if the dealer has to contribute part of the amount to end your lease early, then that might be the best you can do. Otherwise, would rather see a discount around $4000.
