Hi eusshkr. Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2007 Infiniti M35 RWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00005 and 48%, respectively. All of the money factors for this car, 24, 36, and 39 months are about as close to 0% interest as you can get on a lease.

I leased an ' 06 M35x with tech and journey pkg - $695/mo and it's up in March. I had the car in for service today and they offered to lease me another M (07) at 699 month. I'm going to do my research on the net later tonight, but they offered 699/mo for 42 months. Could not see the car or sticker, but they said it had back up camera, navigation, but not (which i have now) the intelligent cruise control or speakers in the front seats. Mileage would be $17,500 year. Is this a good deal, and do you think i could get roughly the same thing in 3/08 when my lease is up?
08's are in the leases are through the roof and the car is basically the same saw one on Wed actually an m45awd and you can steal an 07 now that the 08's are coming in.. I'm coming out of an fx35 which I pay 565 per month and told them I would take an m35 07 off the lot BUT I want to pay the same price for 24 months 15k per month no money down except first months payment.. After them telling me they can't do it I told them I would find a dealer that would and started to walk out..also saying the benz e350 is leasing for 589 on a 24 month lease and the sticker is 57.. They came back with the SAME $589 the only thing it does not have is the intelligent cruise or the extra speakers which are useless to me I also had them put the appearance kit on it, it already had the spoiler. Are they picking up the rest of your payments if so thats not a bad deal considering you need 17500 per year see if you can knock them down to 36 or 24 months for the same price. When I told them my budget was 600 and I guess I would lease the e350 suddenly they came back with the same price.. its all a game to these people and they want the 07's off the lot...plus rumor is that the fx and the m's are have a total redesign in 2010 thats why the fx lease program is 24 months.......
What i forgot to mention was that (although i don't know how it factors into the deal) the selling price is $47,541 with $2,250 cash due on delivery (including the first payment). Residual is $21,010. Yes they pick up my last three payments. Do you think the 08 leases will be similar at the end of Feb. when my current lease runs out? In other words should i wait and will the payments be reduced by my remaining payments?
You say 08 m's leases are through the roof. Can you give me a specific on that please? I am debating on an 07 or waiting for an 08. Like the new features on the 08's. Question is are they worth it. Just how good are the 07 leases right now?? Thanks.
Car_man, Thanks for the great information you provide here in this forum. It really helps while shopping for the vehicle.
Since TX has an upfront Tax structure, I got the following deal from the dealer which includes a tax credit MSRP: 46915 CapCost:44200 15K/year for 39 months Monthly $580 for M35 with Journey and Tech Pkg
In California, I was offered a M35 Jurney + Tech package, 15K/year for 39 mo. Monthly $530 + tax Drive off: $1000 (including license fee, 1st month lease, other fees)
just signed on a 24 mo lease. 2008 M45x MF: 2.5 [effective 6.0 interest rate]. premium pkg, spoiler, splash guards, trunk mat. $1210/mo otd. new white color. btw--the m45x is a really nice car! I have had 10 Lexus' [since 1990-LS, SC430, GX, Rx, Rx-h, ES], several Benz' [ C- Class, CL600 12cyl] and BMWs [330 xi, 740il] to compare with. So, I know. I would highly recommend my salesperson to anyone who wants to shop in White Plains NY. just drop me a note or reply. Good luck to you.
Ouch! Thanks for the response yankee06040. The real trick will be how much will they negotiate. I really prefer the 08 with the changes so am hoping I can work a deal. The dealer has been after me for 6 months to buy so I hope that gives me some leverage.
Thanks for the info. That's what I expected, much higher interest rates on 08 leases. I'm still going to wait and get an 08. I like the various changes they've made to it over the 07s. Just curious, what was the residual % on the car?
that number is a huge nut for that car its not like they did a total redesign, you can lease an 07 m35 or m45 for half that price I've seen the 08's the changes are very minor if money is no object for you go for it and pay 1200 bucks per month but if you want the same car you can get an 07 at just about any dealership for 599 per month...I'm in the northeast the AWD option on the m45 is nice but for the handful of days that its an issue leave the car home or drive slow infiniti is crazy if they think they are going to lease that car at that number, WOW
I was quoted a monthly lease payment of $997/month on a 24 month lease of an '08 M45X w/Technology Package. Taxes, first month's payment and inception fee all up front. Was just looking because I'm not a fan of the M's looks (or its 5 speed automatic), but there was definitely some more negotiating room left.
The salesman said the payment was based on a 65% residual w/.00190 money factor, but he didn't sound very confident on those numbers.
Aside from the fact that the M doesn't really grab me like the BMW 5 series, I'm reluctant to make any decision until the invoice prices on the 2008 M's are publicly available.
M45X Invoice is $47,630 plus destination fee of $715. No pricing for options yet. Edmunds also doesn't show the federal gas tax which Infiniti gives as $1,300.
Signed the lease for 39 months with 15K at 565/month with $0 down for m35 w/ tech pkg. All fees got rolled into the payment. Dealer also threw in tint, xm and splash gaurds plus located the exact color I wanted. Overall very satisfied dealing with the sales guy, took complete care of my expectations and wishes.
Carman, thanks very much for the wonderful source information you have been.
07 correct? thats a great deal I'm actually trying to get them to do the same deal but 24 months... but you can't beat that considering what they are going to start leasing the 08's at!! enjoy great car!! curious what state are you in ..?
I was leaning more towards a 535xi, (way more) but the BMW dealers just will not buy out the last 5 months of my lease on my 2005 G35X in order to make the sale. Thanks Infiniti Financial Services for your ridiculous buyout numbers and refusal to sign off on a lease swap.
On the other hand, my local Infiniti dealer was eager to buy my old car lease out when I said I was interested in an M45X. So, it looks like I'm going with an M45x and a 24 month lease (I'll never do 39 months again).
Now I need the numbers. Does anybody have the December money factors and residuals for the M45X lease?
Can you provide the current residuals and money factors for a 2007 M35X. Lets assume 12K miles/year. I would appreciate 24, 36 and 42 months. Thanks again.
There is $3K of dealer cash available, so a $7K discount is reasonable. I'm just trying to see how this works out with a lease. I believe last month Infiniti was offering a finance rate near zero on leases.
I would appreciate it as well if you could also provide the current residuals and money factors for a 2007 M45 and a 2007 M35 sport (if it is different than the numbers for just an M35). I'm looking for a lease of either 24 or 36 months and 15k miles/year.
There is no way that a 52% residual on a 39 month lease is a good deal. Keep looking or look at some other manufacturer it that's the best Infiniti Financial Services will do.
Well that did seem a bit low. I thought something in the low 60's on residual for an 08 M35 would be more reasonable--even 58 or 59. Is residual a negotiable element of the lease? Is it worth checking with other dealers? Thanks dark katana for your comments.
a local was dc dealer said that the $3k marketing support is not applicable on leases? Didn't sound right...anyone know? He also gave me a residual on a M35x for a 2 year lease of 56.77%. sounded too low.
A local dealer also told me that the $3K marketing support was not applicable on leases. Money factor is near zero, so I guess they won't let you double dip.
I do not have all the numbers-- I went in to the dealership looking to get an M35 Sport with Tech Package-- MSRP around 48 K. Looking for 39 months, 15K/Year. Total- all in--- with 1st month and tags due at signing- of $ 590. My friend is a finance guru and he got roughly same deal 5 months ago so I felt given that- I did not need to know all the figures etc.... However- dealer had a special to get rid of M45 Sport- with tech package, spoiler ,XM and a bunch of other stuff.. Invoice I checked on Edmunds is $51K--- for all in- everything-- as above-- 1st month and tags due at signing and thats it- MSRP of $54 K before tax for $ 650.. I jumped on the M45- figures for an extra 55/month-- get a nice beast in the M45. I left a $ 1000 deposit- said wife needs to see the car-- tell me if these numbers make sense- is this a good deal???
Did you get the numbers? If you have the residual value and money factor for the M35 and M45 I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm looking at doing a deal on one of these cars as well (15k lease over 39 months).
No, I have not. Nor do we have complete invoice pricing for the M options at Edmunds. All in all, not a good state of affairs for bargaining on these cars.
07 OR 08 DOES ANY ONE KNOW A GOOD DEAL FOR M35 OR M35 X FOR 24- 36 MONTHS WHATS THE RATE AND RESIDUAL WITH TECK PACKAGE AND BLUETOOTH WJATS THE INVOICE WHATS THE MONHTLY LEASE PRICE AND HOW MUCH DOWN? NY
I'm looking to lease an '07 M35X. 12,000 miles a year, 39 months; Advanced Tech Package. I want to pay my 1st month, bank fees, and taxes up front. In addition, I want to put a cap cost reduction of $2,100 on it. After some searching around, I was quoted 495$ a month. Later, I was "half [non-permissible content removed]" quoted 490$ and 485$ a month. I live in Nassau County (Long Island, NY). Can I do better than this? Can someone expect to get a deal like 485 or 490 a month. What are your thoughts? In addition, does 39 months have the best residual? Thank you for your time!
sounds like a reasonable deal. Don't focus on residual value as the way to compare leases. The way to compare them (and you should have your dealer run every case) is to compare the total monthly cost of owning the car over the life of the lease. Add all the costs for the lease together (1st month payment, bank fees, cap cost reduction, all monthly fees plus any other fees) and divide by the number of months of the lease. You may well find out that a 24 month lease is cheaper than a 36 month lease (it does happen). Residuals don't tell you because the MF also effects the total cost.
Too bad NY doesn't allow multiple security deposits...it's a much better way to go than a capital cost reduction.
what a dealer will pay when they buy a leased Infiniti auto on trade-in for a new M35? Do Infiniti dealers get a lower payoff (if before end of term) or residual value than the Infiniti lease customer is quoted by Nissan Finance? Thx!
Dealer pays the same lease payoff. Nissan Finance has no incentive to make any deal with a dealer on a car that is already sold. In other words, if you turn in a leased Infiniti early, you will end up covering the lease payoff amount somehow even if you lease a new Infiniti.
I have two more lease payments of $695/month on my '06 M35x lease. I was quoted the following on a 2008 m35x (MSRP on sticker of 49025). I would have to pay cash of $4196 - Cap cost reduction of 2248, doc fee 299, sales tax 189, 1st month payment 695 (keeping pmts same), acquis fee of 595, lic fees 160. So veh price wld be 46765, w/cap cost reduction of 2248 resulting in adj cap cost of 44515, residual of 24518, dep of 19998, rent 5573 with total base pmts of $25571. There would be 39 pmts of 695, comprised of a 655 base pmt and 39 monthly pmts of $39 for sales tax of 6%.
I think i'll wait till i've made the two payments, and go back at the end of feb when my lease is up. The cash due on delivery will go down by my two payments (1390), and i think better deals on the 08's may be had. Am i doing the right thing by waiting. Does this appear to be a fair deal (i.e. does the dealer appear to be a straight shooter? Thanks for your help.

Any lease info for 08s yet, i.e. MFs, residuals, etc.? I am also considering taking an 07 lease with a 0% MF or waiting for an 08.
Thanks!
Since TX has an upfront Tax structure, I got the following deal from the dealer which includes a tax credit
MSRP: 46915

What do you think of the deal? Thanks.
I was offered a M35 Jurney + Tech package,
15K/year for 39 mo.
Monthly $530 + tax
Drive off: $1000 (including license fee, 1st month lease, other fees)
Any opinions please?
Thank you
So I guess that means $580 is including taxes....what kind of a tax credit did you receive??

Negotiated $45786 with 0 down
money factor of .00207 (4.97%)
monthly payment of 721.37
Using another calculator I get $705.26 (at carbuyingtips.com)
First, is the price, residual and money factor a good deal or not?
Second, I don't think the payment is right. Any ideas?
Thanks for anyone's help!!!!
What are the residual values and money factors on a 2007 M45 (sport)? I am looking for numbers on a 15,000 mile lease for 24, 27, and 36 months.
