Car Buying Advice - Looking to lease a RR LR Sport HSE (fully loaded) will travel SC, NC, FL, GA

I have been reading about how it's best to roll as much up in the lease. I wanted to ask if anyone on here knows of any great lease deals being offered at the moment? I don't mind traveling! I would prefer to put this in my biz name b/c it will be used mainly for biz use! I don't mind doing a PG on the loan but prefer not to if I can. I was told that Ally is the best for getting approvals with NO PG!

I would appreciate any help you can give. New to the leasing world ....
