What is the MSRP?
Is it for 36 months?
What is the total amount due at signing?

With that CAP cost, I get $229/mo.

Is that the adjusted CAP cost? Or, just the selling price?
What state/tax rate?

Not sure about if it's adjusted cap. I don't believe it is but I'm waiting for confirmation. It's in NY. Thanks again!

Confirmed that 19435 is the adjusted cap

Not a good quote at all; way too high for the SE model.
you should be at less than 1% of msrp for the monthly payment
discount from msrp should be at least 9%
lease cash is 2750
mf should be 0.00014, not 0.00044 (they marked it up - why?)

Thanks! No idea on the why but didn't feel right. Thoughts on lease buyout on my 2015 Sonata SE with ~20K miles and residual of $14529? Will HMF negotiate on the residual? Help is much appreciated!
