Car Buying Advice - Help with leasing Audi S5 Sportback in Phoenix, AZ

I really appreciate all the great info on this forum - thank you!

I'm looking for the most updated info on leasing a 2018 Audi S5 Sportback - either Prestige or Premium Plus. 36 months and 15k/year miles residuals and money factors please.

Also, I am coming from a BMW - are there any conquest incentives (or any incentives at all) available?

Finally, how much of a concession from MSRP (or invoice +) would be considered a strong and realistic deal at this time?

Thanks again for the help.

    .00175 MF and 61%/59% residual for P+/Prestige

    No incentives on this model.

Normally, we say to shoot for 6% off MSRP, but that may be optimistic on this model.

I've had several BMW cars over the years but only one Audi (2001), and I'm surprised at how much more expensive it is to lease with Audi today. BMW is offering more incentives right now and lower MF, albeit they no longer offer MSDs and slightly lower residual.

Do Audi dealers get more competitive when trying to conquest BMW owners?

Hard to say --- Audi tends to set a realistic residual value for their cars, while BMW (and others) will inflate the residual to make the lease payment more attractive.

Checking back in on this thread again...

I read something in another one of your posts that there might be BMW conquest money available? Would you please confirm the latest and greatest for this Phoenix Arizona BMW owner looking to lease a S5 Sportback Prestige for 36mo/15k miles? Any advice on fair sales price? Available incentives? Are the residual and MF still .00175 and 59%?

Thanks in advance for ALL of your help!
