2017 Sienna XLE OTD price

Hi I'm in the market for a Sienna XLE without navigation in blizzard pearl. I'm opting to take the 0% financing for 60 months option instead the cash back. Sales tax is 7% here . What's a good OTD price I should bargain for? I'm being offered $37500 currently. Does that seem high?

Tax on $34,510 is $2,415 dollars at 7%. The average dealer doc fee in the state of Florida is $799 and the average DMV fee is $294. This brings the out the door price to $38,021.
The dealers out the door price of $37,500 is very fair. Any further discount would be a great deal.
