The lease special advertisement was $267 a month, $2930 due at signing for 39m/10k, not to include tax,tag,title, etc. I wanted to roll down payment into monthly payment, so they asked for zero down, $390 a month. Is this a good deal?

Is $26,200 the MSRP?

The Canyon is not cheap to lease.
But, if the advertised deal didn't include taxes, etc, and the all-in quoted price includes everything, with $0 down, then it looks to be the same deal.

it looks like the payment would be 0 down, $339m after taxes. Is this their real bottom line? Could they do that deal in real life? I really don't need the truck, but hate to pass on a once in lifetime deal. Thank you so much for replies.

Are you paying the doc fee up front?

If I add the acquisition fee to the sales price, I get $338/mo before tax, so just a couple dollars of that calculation.

What is the breakdown of the $2500 in fees? There are a couple things there that I'd advise against - excess wear and paint.

The $1500 for the paint protect and excess wear is adding over $40/mo to the payment.

The processing fee is high, but it's better for you to negotiate a lower price on the vehicle to make up for it.
