I'd suggest adding the acquisition and doc fees into the payment, and reduce your up front cash outlay.

Trying to figure out the payment with an MSRP of $86461.96, Might be able to lower price with rebates assuming that lowers the MSRP and everything else stays the same.

I am not sure how to calculate this even when I tried using the numbers above as an example. Can you help ?

36 months most likely 15k miles. I know it's not ideal to ut money down on a lease, but how much does each 1k lower the payment ?

This is the best quote I received so far, this car has milage of 3,301, I think it's a demo? Any advice on further negotiation?

We don't track pricing. But, if you want a lower payment, then the selling price is the place to get it.
The payment seems reasonable, relative to MSRP.
