Quick question that will help inform the rest of the request-- are the program terms determined by area of purchase or area of registration (looking at a dealer in NorCal, but would be registering vehicle in SoCal).

Hi, am looking at a 2018 Cruze and getting lease numbers from the local dealers is pretty difficult.

Does anyone have lease numbers and incentives for a 2018 Cruze LT for 24mo and 36mo for 10k miles per year for the Northern VA/DC/MD area? Can lease deals be combined with the $2500 customer cash?
